Transcript for "Student Strategy & Vision": Welcome back to Workday Elevate 2026. Wow. This is a nice crowd. Higher education. Who would have thought? This is, of course, the student stream, and the second year we've had a dedicated stream to Workday student having launched Workday Student in ANZ, the back end of twenty twenty four. I hope you enjoyed the keynote as much as I did this morning. I've been at Workday for twelve years, and I can honestly say that in all of my twelve years, I've never been more excited for what work they can offer our customers as we go from being a cloud native company into an agentic and an AI future together. So within the student stream here today, before and after lunch, we've got a tale of two halves. The first half of today's session is going to be all about Workday. We'll provide an update on what we've been doing here in Australia and New Zealand before we get excited and talk about that agentic future and AI with our product strategy and vision session, looking at the future of Workday Student before we bring it back to Workday in 2026 and show a live demonstration of what the product looks like today. We'll go on a well deserved lunch break before we come back for the second half of today's session. I know my colleagues at Workday, won't feel bad when I say this at all, but the second half of today's session, I think, is where the where the product and the magic of Workday really comes to life. I had the good fortune last night of watching the dry run and the rehearsals, and we have a customer who's come all the way from Florida in The United States Of America, from Pensacola State College, to talk about what their transformation with Workday looks like and how that culminated in a totally different student experience by using the platform. I think he's shaken the hands of every single person in Australia. From the moment he's still on the plane on his Qantas flight, He's made friends with everybody from the workday staff through the white staff we meet. A kinder man you won't meet and a more passionate advocate for the power of education and technology's role in delivering outcomes for students and putting students at the center of the university experience, which is, of course, where they belong. And I'm talking about Michael Johnston. So if you were not, thinking about coming back after lunch, I cannot encourage you, any more strongly to come back after lunch. So you'll be seeing Michael, and then we'll be convening a panel, of Australian customers and the registrars from the University of Sydney, RMIT University, and Michael himself to talk a little bit about the opportunities and challenges that exist in the Australian landscape and how they're looking to face those challenges and opportunities as a collective. I did that during the rehearsal too. My name is Kate Elg, and I lead Workday's higher education practice in Australia and New Zealand. I'll be talking you through the start of today's session. I'm joined by my amazing friend, Kate Russell, from our product team who heads up our industry strategy. Kate is Workday's executive sponsor for the expansion of Workday student outside of North America, and Kate has been my co pilot in bringing Workday Student to AMZ over the last couple of years. I've mentioned already that we will be talking about the future. You're at Workday Elevate. That's, really what we're all here to do is to understand where we're going beyond 2026 into an AI and agentic future. So, of course, this is to remind you to buy a Workday student based on current functionality and not the road map that you'll be seeing a little later on. I mentioned before that, I joined Workday twelve years ago and since 2018, have been leading Workday's engagement with the higher education sector when Deakin University became customer number one in January 2018, when they adopted Workday Financials. It's hard to overstate how much personal pride I feel to stand in front of you with these numbers talking about the 16 institutions or the 15 that have followed Deakin to entrust Workday with their people and their money data. And those of those 16 institutions, 13 have already gone live. There is one about to commence, their journey in 2026, and there are the other two are due to go live in the next twelve months as well. These 16 institutions represent more than 95,000 staff in excess of $21,000,000,000 in revenue and over 700,000 students. In 2018, when we started in higher education, we'd have, done a lot of things to get a 150 people to attend Workday Elevate as a whole. And so to stand in a room with you today in the knowledge that there are 2,000 people here at the ICC and more than 150 who have registered from higher education is cause for celebration. Thank you very much for your support across the higher education sector. It means the world to the team and me. Thank you. A couple of quick updates before we jump into the product and strategy session over the last twelve months that I think are worth calling out. First and foremost, I'd like to welcome QUT to the Workday family, who did become customer number 16 when they started their when they plan to start their HR and finance project this year. So congratulations to QUT. Congratulations also to Federation University that have added to their long standing partnership with Workday on human capital management, and we'll be kicking off their finance project in 2026 as well. It's one thing to start a project, of course, and a whole other thing to complete one. And so a special mention to Swinburne University, who expanded their very long standing HCM partnership with Workday and completed a finance transformation on the Workday platform in less than twelve months and went live a couple of weeks ago. Their CIO is here incredibly after going live a couple of weeks ago. Claus is in the tech track, So congratulations to Swinburne as well. I think a pretty major announcement that might make more sense for your colleagues in our, HR, finance, and IT tracks, but I think worth calling out here in this room today is that two years ago, Workday launched our payroll product for Australia. We have watched a little enviously in higher education as 60 customers have adopted Workday payroll. And in the month of March, we processed more than 300,000 people's pay. I'm pleased to say that as of the July 1, Workday payroll becomes available for higher education, and there are a couple of universities that are already slated to start a payroll product on Workday alongside their HR and finance products in the back half of this year. One final thing I wanted to talk about is that as we've grown, this practice of higher education and we've expanded from, our beginnings in HR and finance, we've looked to, the sector at large for advice and guidance, coaching, but we always knew there was something more we needed to add. And so in the last six months, we made a major appointment that I wanted to talk a little bit about today. I first met this person actually when she was at Swinburne University as the academic registrar and head librarian. As I said, Swinburne was customer number one on human capital management, and this person was watching closely as we contemplated a future where Workday Student was available in Australia. We were busy working in The US building the product and getting our customers live. And this person and I stayed in touch and built a friendship. She provided a lot of advice for me, and I watched as she took a little detour before she landed, at Victoria University of Technology as the chief student officer and academic registrar. And so in 2025, when the opportunity arose to make an appointment as a higher education adviser, she was the first person I reached out to, and first asked then begged, to come and join Workday. But such was the her passion for the sector at large. Of course, it's very difficult to make the leap, from university into the technology sector. But after many months, I think dozens of conversations with Workday executives, product and technology team, and the local team, I'm extremely proud to announce Michelle Gillespie as our higher education adviser in APAC. And so finally, I just wanted to make the point that in addition to the 156 people who are registered for Workday Elevate here in Sydney, who are across all the different streams that we're running here today, there are, of course, hundreds or thousands of you who work in Workday each day across IT, HR, and finance in higher education. And it's not just here in Australia and New Zealand, but there is a broader community of customers in higher education spanning The US where we're headquartered and where I think most of these logos from the screen will be from. But, of course, Canada, there's customers in The UK, in Ireland, Hong core Hong Kong, Singapore, and elsewhere. And I wanted to make a special mention for a community that we've been building here in AMZ, but how that community has been working globally as well. Firstly, amongst yourselves, in the last couple of weeks, I'm aware of multiple conversations between universities in New Zealand and Arkansas and Florida and Melbourne. And so you are working amongst yourselves to coach and share ideas and share solutions and report definitions and much else. But you're also working with us to make sure that we understand what you're going through in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, the North Island, and the South Island Of New Zealand to make sure that we understand the opportunities that exist. And so many of those ideas go on to become capabilities inside our product and increasingly features and functions and ultimately, as we go forward, agentic skills and functionality as well. From my vantage point, it's an extreme privilege to be a part of this community, and I'm now extremely honored to welcome my friend, Kate Russell from the product team, head of industry strategy, to talk more about what Workday Student is doing beyond 2026. Thanks Kate. Thank you. Thanks. So from that $606.50 plus, group of institutions around the globe who are higher education customers, I'm I'm gonna give you a quick update on where we are with Workday Student in particular and the rest of this is all focused on the Workday Student product specifically. So Workday Student is really in its sort of hockey stick growth curve right now. If you were here last year you know that these numbers continue to rapidly change as our Workday student community grows very fast. So right now we have over 210 institutions who have selected Workday student and as of today 99 of them are actively live on Workday in production using it as their student management system. That includes the 11 institutions that you see here who are part of our most recent go live cohort. So we consider customers live when they have made a full transition from their prior system into Workday student and they're actively enrolling and registering all of their students within Workday. These 11 institutions join a growing number of those 99 customers in production. I was looking at this slide earlier and I thought you might be the last group who gets to see this slide because we're gonna run out of space for the logos, which I is a good problem to have. But we like to add to this because I think it gives you a sense of the depth and the breadth of the product to support so many different types of institutions. And that's really core to our strategy for our continued investment of the product. It's being used by vocational and technical colleges, by small liberal arts colleges, by large public institutions with heavy research, loads and also by systems of higher education. So if you were here last year you will have heard from the University of Arkansas system who has 14 institutions in a single Workday tenant. And not only can all of those institutions run independently, but they can be secured in a single Workday environment and the CIO of that system can look across institutions to see the insights that are coming from each of those institutions collectively. Now in addition to being live on Workday student, all of those customers are also live on Workday HCM and Workday Finance. And that's really where the power of Workday Student comes to life because it is natively architected in a cloud environment on a single object model. So our customers are getting the benefit of three core products who on their own would be a leader according to Gartner from the magic, in their annual magic quadrant rating. But our customers have all three and they're actively utilizing it. And all those upstream and downstream processes and touch points between finance and student and HR are core to how they run their operations. Okay. So, unfortunately, we don't have time to take you through every part of the Workday student product today, but just to give you a sense, of the the breadth of capabilities of Workday student, You know, it's it's designed to manage the full student life cycle. So that starts with admissions and then your student records, the backbone of the student management system, enrollment and registration, academic advising, all of the charges, assessments, dispersing aid, payments. You also have the capability to build on top of Workday. So if there are things that are unique to your institution, you can you'll see some of that from, one of our customers later today. You can add that to Workday as well. You can surface insights, to students if it's a particularly critical time in the semester and guide them through where they need to be going. We also have native engagement within Workday students. So you can send emails and push notifications to their phone and SMS text to make sure that students are receiving that timely information about things that are important to them. And of course students have the ability to self serve within Workday and I'll talk more about that later, but that means being able to ask questions and get answers that are specifically tailored to your institutional policies. So before we get into, some of the big areas of product investment, I want to note that we're doing this, as Cade mentioned earlier, in close collaboration with all of our customers and also with an understanding of both the challenges and the opportunities that are facing the higher education sector today. So many institutions are navigating uncertain budgets, government changes and regulations, enrollment shifts and unpredictability. They're also trying to do more with less and look for ways to maximize efficiencies. And at the same time, you're navigating the transformation using, AI. So there's a lot of opportunity with AI but there's a lot of change management and work that goes with that. And then amongst all of this, you have students who have rapidly increasing expectations for what their interaction with technology looks like. Because they are using every day and benefiting from AI in lots of places and so they have expectations for what their experience looks like even when they come on campus. And then last but certainly not least, students are at your institution to receive a degree and we're working to make sure that those skills are translating into a job and into the next path that students are looking for in their career. So with that in mind, I'll talk to you and I'll just highlight a couple of things that I think are really key to the way that we've designed the product around this focus area of elevating the student experience itself. And one of those things that you will see demoed shortly and then also, you'll hear from one of our customers about how they're using it today is the ability to provide personalized guidance to students. So what we hear from, our customers is that prior to moving to Workday, students are oftentimes searching different web pages or tools or applications trying to get the information that they need. Once our customers are in Workday, all that information is native to their Workday student experience. So you've got one platform where students can ask questions and get information from your institutional policies for the engagement that they have, via text or email, push notifications. And then you also have the ability to package all those things up into a personalized journey for students. So in those key critical milestones in their path to degree where you actually want to aggregate all those actions and links and to do's, you can do that through journeys. The other thing that's really critical about the student experience and their path to degree is making sure that that path is very clear. So one of the things that we've been working on over the last few releases and that's now native to Workday Student, is as you can see here this sort of calendar view where students are able to plan what's next in their degree, make changes, and also that we've made this very quick and intuitive for them to be able to do. We're actually not done with that work and I'm really excited about the next piece of the course scheduling experience, which you can see here, which will be out in the fall. Which is the ability to actually make that course scheduling process even faster and more intuitive. What will be coming in the fall is that that calendar view will actually be pre populated for the student based on their preferences. So they have courses that they need to take and they're able to say, well I only want to take classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I only want to take classes no one wants to take class at 8AM. I want to take them from 10PM to 4PM. And then maybe there are times when the student is working, they have other commitments so they can say I don't want to take classes at a certain time. And so what you're seeing here is that a student can put in those preferences for what their schedule looks like and then the optimization engine within Workday is going to run and pre populate that with an optimal schedule for them. So again, the point here being to try to make that very important process of getting your schedule ready for this for the semester as quick, as easy, and as intuitive as possible for students. And then speaking of students, you know, one of my favorite things about being in the product organization is that our team talks to students all the time. It's really important for us to both hear from students that are not part of the Workday customer community, who are using other systems about what's what's working, what's not working, but also from students who are using Workday to make sure that the features that we're delivering are impactful for them. And as I mentioned earlier, I think one of the most critical things about that is the ability for students to self serve. So again, they can come into Workday, they can ask questions, if they pay their bill in real time they can see it applied to their account. That's what they expect these days. Right? That's what's happening in the rest of their lives when they pay bills. Same thing if they're employed on campus. They can see that they're employed on campus. They have a worker profile. They can see their most recent pay slip. And also they can see those policies and the information that are specific to your institution and they can ask questions around that. And what you're seeing here is, just a quote from a story that one of the students at Furman University told us about how during their enrollment period, which we all know can be a kind of a stressful window for students to try to get those classes when they need them, this student got called away from campus, they had a family emergency, and they just pulled off to the side of the road on their mobile app and executed their registration. And he said that was so powerful to just take something that was very stressful and execute it and not have to worry about it again and get back to their personal life. And that is how technology should function for students today and that's the goal of how we try to build the product. So with those sort of highlights from my perspective about things that you'll see later in the product but also that I think are really impactful to the student experience. I'm going to transition now to the fun stuff which is to look to the future of what we're building and what's coming on the roadmap. So for the sake of time, I'm gonna actually focus the forward looking roadmap on the Agintek work that we're doing in Workday Student. And for our first agent within Workday Student, we're focused on a second investment area which is reducing administrative burden. So going back to what we talked about earlier which are the pressures, the enrollment shifts, the changes in policies and funding. We're looking for ways to help our customers from an administrative standpoint also have the best most seamless user experience. So to that end, we are, working on the student administration agent. So the student administration agent, as we develop it, is going to be comprised of four skills. The first two skills are all in relation to transfer credit and transfer credit application. This is an area where, you know, and I guess I'll just back up to say that when we're building an agent we don't do it lightly. Right? We didn't just wake up and say this would be fun with full administration agents. We do a load of research with our customers around what are your key problems, what are your bottlenecks, what are things that you would like to make more efficient and solve. And these are some of the key things that came back from that feedback and that's why we have selected them to be the first skills that are associated with the student selected them to be the first skills that are associated with the student administration agent. So those first two skills I'll show you and they relate to what is currently a pretty cumbersome process which is transfer credit. And then the third skill around academic requirements and the last skill which I think will be really exciting is around student data insights. Now all of these skills as part of the student administration agent will be in they're currently in the hands of early adopters who will get to use them in production by the end of the year and then all of our customers will have this agent generally available to them next year. Alright. Let's take a look. So the first two skills, I just before I show them to you, I want to go back to why transfer credit. Because, yes, administrators have told us that the process itself is time consuming and it can be, sort of burdensome. But actually it has a really important student impact as well. Right? So when students are even thinking about attending your institution or maybe transferring, they're looking at that in relation to whether prior learning will actually apply at your institution. So if you're not able to show them that it will or how much it will apply, they may not decide to show up in the first place. But then if they do come to your institution, you of course don't want your students paying for classes that are redundant. That's the other reason to make sure that you're quickly transferring and articulating this credit. And then once students are at your institution making sure that they've been placed into the right pathway and they're moving through with efficiency. And finally, I think for more and more of our customers, this last piece is something that we see on the rise which is that you have students who are coming from a non traditional background to get to your institution. They may have taken a couple courses here and there, they may have started a degree, stopped it, now they're at your institution and you don't want to inadvertently be penalizing them for the fact that they're showing up looking a little different than a traditional student who comes in with zero credits. You want to immediately also have those applied to them so that they can start their journey ahead based on their prior learning. So in the realm of the transfer credit skills, what we have seen from our early adopter cohort that is leveraging that is leveraging this in a preview environment is that they're seeing a 60% reduction in time spent on data entry of transcript details. And what that means in practice is that when we asked our customers to tell us how long it currently takes them to take a PDF and and then move it through the process to applying credit per transcript that was taking them fourteen minutes. When they use the student administration agent it's taking them six. So many institutions are doing this for hundreds if not thousands of transcripts each semester and you're cutting that by roughly seven minutes per transcript. I told the team I would not do that math for you on the fly, but you can it's a big number. I'm pretty sure. Okay. So I'm going to show you what this looks like. And before I show you what it looks like, I'll just sort of preface for you what's happening, which is that I'm gonna go into the demo and I'm gonna have a transcript work area. And the transcript work area is where, all the PDFs that are PDF transcripts have been, you know, they've been uploaded to Workday and then I'm here and the PDFs are sitting in front of me. And this is my transcript work area so I have all these students who have transcripts ready for review. When I try to review them, I'm not starting from scratch. Workday has pre populated the PDF information into Workday. So now all I'm doing is going in and verifying that what has come over from the transcript is correctly pulled over. And if there's any additional information that I want to add into Workday at that time I can do it. But I didn't have to start from scratch to look at each course, to look at each section, and to put it into Workday. And that's the first part of transfer articulation which is just get the information to Workday. So we're vastly reducing the amount of time that takes. But the second part of it is applying the credit. So in this next example, what I'm going to show you is how I'm then able to talk to the agent to say that what I want to do next is see all students who had a transcript created in the last twenty four hours but have not had their credit applied. So Workday is going to give me that list of students who have a transcript but we haven't applied any credit and then it's going to ask me do you want to evaluate the credit? And I say yes. So the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to look at Jordan Lee and I want to evaluate her credit. And then Workday is going to go ahead when I say I want to assign the transfer credits and suggest to me the most likely courses that would be an equivalent of the one that's come in externally. And as I'm looking at these suggestions, maybe I'm thinking, okay this one does look good, poly two ten, but what's the course description? And so I haven't had to go out to a course catalog or poke around in Workday to try to find that course description. Workday is surfacing it for me here. I can read through it and say, yeah, that is the type of course that needs to be applied to this external equivalency. That's what I want and I'm assigning this credit and I'm moving on to the next student. So that's the, those are the two transfer credit skills that I mentioned. And the next one that I want to show you is the academic requirements skill. So academic requirements in Workday are essentially the building blocks of a degree. And so, institutions when they move from their prior system into Workday, the first thing that happens is that those need to be articulated from scratch. Right? So setting up academic requirements can be a big lift in deployment. So the this agent is going to help with that. Sometimes it can take upwards of thousand hours to set up these initial requirements. So that's one of the reasons that we started with this skill which is to try to take down the amount of time it takes to set up those building blocks for your program. But then once you have them in Workday, this continues to be something that requires ongoing updates. Right? Because your institution has course requirements that involve, maybe they add a new prerequisite, you've got new specialized courses. Right? So this continues to change and that's why, we've built out this skill as part of the administration agent. And so those early adopters who are utilizing the academic requirement skill, they're seeing a 33% reduction in the time that they're spending to actually set up these academic requirements. So I will show you what that looks like next. In this example, I have a new AI foundations requirement for undergraduates. So instead of trying to set that up through a task in Workday, I have just said a natural language to the agent that's what I want to do and Workday is coming back to me to say, okay based on that this is how I would suggest that you set up that rule and configure this in Workday. And then I'm just able to read through what the agent has suggestion suggested that I do and either edit it or go ahead and say perfect that's what I wanted. Execute that and create that rule in Workday for me. This is important because academic requirements matter. Right? And you set them up, you need to get them right. So they're definitely prone to human error when you're trying to do this and sort of a point and click in lots of different boxes screen. And here you have the ability to make sure that, one you're setting it up based on the configuration available to you in Workday, but two that you can double check it before it's actually completed. Alright. And then, the last skill that I'll show you today is student data insights. Now student data insights, I think, is going to be one of the most powerful things that we are working on in the product. Because at the end of the day, we love Workday reporting. There's a lot of amazing data that you can get out of Workday because you've got all of your people and your money and your it's all in Workday. Single object model. A lot of our customers are phenomenal at building reports and dashboards and that's still important. But a lot of times, you've got a real quick question that needs to be asked. A student has asked you a question, your boss has asked you a question, and you're just like, wouldn't it be great if I could just ask that question and get a really quick answer instead of having to build a new report? And that is what student data insights is all about. So in this oh, actually let me give you my stats first. So our early adopters who are using this skill are actually seeing an 80% reduction in data retrieval and reporting time. And I think the demo will show you why. So in this demo, I have a quick question for Workday, which is, can you show me all of the students who have a hold assigned to them? And Workday's come back and said, I have these students with the hold and here are the 32 who have a hold that's actually going to prevent them from enrolling. They won't be able to register because of that hold. And then Workday is going to go ahead and give me the names of those students. Now, as this is playing, just go back to the power of that because it's contextual. Workday is has a single object has a single security model and so this person is seeing what they have access to. In this case, they have a caseload of students so when they're asking this question about what's which of my students will not be able to enroll, they're seeing what they should be seeing. And from there, they can decide what to do with that. So they can continue to engage with the agent to maybe reach out to these students. Maybe they want to go ahead and remove the holds for those students but they're doing it in natural language here and they did not have to build a report to do it. Workday has just brought back the contextual answer to their question for them. Okay. So in summary, as we're having our early adopters work with us to one, tell us what they're interested in, what we should be building, but two, we're making sure that we're benchmarking with them. Right? Tell us how long it's taking you to do something right now and then once you use the agent, tell us how that's changing things for you. What does that look like? So what you've just seen are the results of those conversations and the impact that it's having on the student administrator experience and therefore ultimately on the student experience. We do have 22 institutions that are part of that early adopter group for the student administration agent. You can see a set of some of the participants here and I show that to say if we go back to the 99 customers who are alive on Workday student, the power of that is that we have University of British Columbia in Canada testing this. We have multi institution systems like University of Arkansas testing it. Small liberal arts colleges, large public institutions, they're all utilizing this agent and giving us feedback on it. So we have a broad a broad set of use cases but also applicability and feedback for what we're building. Okay. And then to sort of bring it together with what you've seen in other areas of Elevate, I also want to touch on what's coming next in terms of the user experience at Workday and why it matters that all of this is built on a single architecture. Because what it means is that the future of Workday and the way that you engage in Workday is through a single intuitive user experience that's calling on any of the agents that you're seeing at Elevate today. So based on your role and based on what you do at your institution, when you're an HR, finance, and a student customer, you're coming in to engage with Workday and you're asking whatever question it is for whatever it is you're trying to accomplish. And that that might be on the personal front where you're trying to, you know, see your most recent payslip. You could be asking a question about your benefits or you could be actually doing your job and asking this question about students in your payslip who have a hold on their account. All from this single user experience. Okay. And then last but not least, did I say that already? I do have one more thing, that I want to show which is just to take it back to the student experience and what we're building here. In addition to what I showed you earlier that's already part of the student experience, we're also changing the way that students engage and what students see when they get into Workday. And I want to give you a preview of what that is going to look like. So the for the purpose of this last demo, I will be Sarah. Sarah is majoring in business and when she logs into Workday, this is what she sees. So she's seeing her current degree progress but we're also surfacing to her that she's actually halfway to a certificate in business analytics. And Sarah can self-service here and say oh tell me more and we're telling her more about that certificate. When it's offered, how much longer it will take her to graduate if she adds it, what other potential career benefits of that degree or of that added certificate. And then Sarah can take all this information and start asking more questions. So she can engage with the Workday agent here and she can say okay if I wanted to add this certificate is there any aid to help me cover what it costs to add this certificate? And so the agent can look across institutional policies and the information that sits in Workday. It can tell her to reach out to the aid office to see if there are scholarships available. And then, in this case, Sarah says, okay. I do want to add this certificate. Let's add it to my course of study. And so when she says that, the agent's gonna come back and say, perfect. I can help you submit that request to add the business essential certificate to your degree. And the power of what happens next is we're gonna let Sarah submit this request but because this is built on the business process framework in Workday, when she submits it, it's telling her where it's going next. So it's going to her advisor and we're routing it based on your institutional policies the way you've configured a request like this to go to the right person who can then review it and and accept it or maybe reach out to Sarah to make sure, that they have a conversation before the next step. Okay. I just realized I'm way over time. So the last couple of things why does it get so excited? Okay. So the last couple of things I want to say is that as we're building I I think you probably get the gist of this now. But as we're building these features, we talk a lot to our customers and that is, how we get to where we get to. So at any given time, we will have over 10 active design partner groups just in student where the product teams are talking to customers actively about what they're building. We have round tables and councils. In the last two years, over 85 of the things you see in the product came directly from customers. And then we're at conferences and events and places like this to talk and hear and see more. And we also are consistently running student experience research panels where we're talking to students directly for feedback on what we're building. This is a quick sense of the advisory councils that are currently active right now. So we have five of them running right now including one locally here in Australia and New Zealand that is meeting tomorrow actually and that helps inform and give us feedback, from ANZ. Okay. So the last thing that I'll say before I turn it over to my friend, Tristan, is that, what's really exciting here and the reason that you should come back after lunch because, we're really just like the preview to the main event which is happening after lunch, is that this isn't just roadmap. These are customers who are actively using this product. We have over 30 of our customers who've been live on Workday for over four years and that's incredible because it means that they're starting to measure and see the real results of that transformation. So you'll hear from Pensacola State College later today, but these are some of our other customers as well who are also seeing retention gains, system wide savings, reductions in time to process information. So it's really powerful what happens on the other side of a system transformation like this. So with that, I am gonna hope Tristan doesn't kill me for taking his time and we're gonna transition to a demo. So thank you.
